We know every CRM claims to be simple. So we'll let the people who've used Salesforce, HubSpot, and a dozen spreadsheet workarounds do the talking. These reviews are real, collected by G2, and we haven't edited a word.
The thing people mention most. Often with relief.
It is very, very simple to use and that was what I needed. Too many of the other CRMs had long learning curves but I was looking to start running on the first day. That's why I chose Less Annoying CRM. I've been using it for years and never felt the urge to switch — that's not something I can say about any other software I use.
LACRM is SO EASY to use. It's in a browser tab, the steps to accomplish things are simple — just click and start entering text. Then it's easy to see where things stand and to perform follow-ups. I also like the emails it sends each day about upcoming events.
I'm not very tech savvy and I looked at loads of different CRMs before finding this one. The others were so complex I was put off before even starting. This one does exactly what we need. I don't really have any cons. Maybe just a couple of niggles but nothing that really bothers me.
We pick up the phone. Apparently this is surprising.
The CRM is super simple to use. The price point is spectacular. The customer service is absolutely top notch — the best I've ever experienced with a product of any kind. Every single feature and UI interaction has been meticulously thought out. I can't recommend it enough.
My overall experience has been 10/10. The CRM is simple to use, it does exactly what I need, and the more I use it the more useful things I find. The customer service support has been brilliant even with the time difference — I'm in the UK — and everyone has been really helpful.
LACRM is super responsive to user input. I asked for the ability to add custom fields to tasks — and they listened. We manage all our relationships inside the tool: clients, vendors, students, networking, sales. The dashboards let me spot problems before they become fires.
The CRM refugees. Welcome home.
We chose LACRM for ease of use, ease of customization, the right mix of functionality, cost effectiveness, and the absolute fantastic customer service. Salesforce was incredibly expensive, difficult to use, extremely top-heavy with features we would never use — and worst of all, there was virtually zero customer service unless we paid exorbitant fees for out-of-country help from people who couldn't care less if we learned anything. LACRM is everything Salesforce isn't, in the best possible way.
I switched over from a much more expensive industry-specific CRM that was difficult to use and annoying. LACRM has everything we need. This CRM is literally less annoying — the process to upload our database was easy to use and, more importantly, easy to fix if I make a mistake.
I'm a solopreneur who used ACT! for 15 years. LACRM has the pipelines I need, syncs with Google Calendar, and costs a fraction of what I was paying. Setting up a small consultancy is stressful — LACRM makes the somewhat tedious elements of databasing and contact archiving effortless.
$15/user/month. No fine print required.
We're a small company that doesn't need all the bells and whistles more expensive CRMs come with, even on their most basic version. LACRM is well worth the cost. I haven't found any cons after two years of use — it's easy to use and extremely intuitive. I honestly don't have any complaints.
If you are a solo personal brand entrepreneur this is an ideal CRM platform based on what you get for what you pay. This was the perfect CRM program for me to start my business with.
My overall experience is that they are friendly, low-priced for a high-quality system, easy to understand, with highly customizable pipelines. Almost everything can be customized to your needs. Truly great.
